Why do you think we suffer for so long?

No, we're not. Our suffering gives us an untold amount of Karma to work with, but that cost is still paid in some way. And if you do enough grand magic here, you're going to run out.

It seems like you might need the refresher course on how the game works. Until I claim my title, you must pretend to be her. Part of being her is using magic the same way she does.

Obviously that doesn't matter once I claim my title, but for the time being it matters.
