[The flicker happens again, this time long enough for Takumi to get a glimpse of her charred skin before it goes back to normal.]

[He starts to step forward, then hesitates, not wanting to make her lash out]

[Unfortunately, that does make her lash out - and she glares at him, sharp and angry as she draws her hand back quickly.]

No! There is nothing wrong with me! I am the Witch of Misfortune, not some wailing, injured human!

[He startles, jumping back a little. It's hard not to bolt like a deer, but he forces his feet to stop]

[When she hears that - the flickering stops, and she seems to relax.]
