[The Witch of Misfortune can be easily found wandering around, mostly in the Master Bedroom. Though seems she'll easily stop whatever she's doing and chat with you, at least...]
[As she does that, Nirrti looks up - and smiles, though it seems a bit strained. It's definitely not as sharp as it was before, and she doesn't even have a dangerous look in her eyes.
...In fact, she just looks tired.]
....Still more questions from the pieces, I see. ...Fine. Ask what you want.
Yeah, I thought some others would ask, but I haven't heard from them myself, but it's simple enough to say that something big came up for us. Most of my questions are going to be about the nature of witches, anyways.
First, you're "The Witch of Misfortune", so I'm curious: If there were a Witch of Fortune, what would be the differences between the two of you?
[She definitely relaxes when she hears what the nature of the questions will be about, at least - And as she does, Gebura might be able to see part of one of her hands flicker.
...Kind of like a malfunctioning cognition filter, even.]
...There wouldn't be much of a difference, except...a Witch of Fortune would merely be more focused on Good Luck, or just luck in general. My powers are this strong due to the belief humans place in misfortune, so a Witch that ruled over Fortune itself would also be just as strong.
[...there is a Witch Senate. Is this like a constantly operating thing, or do they just like. Periodically have meetings outside of time and space to discuss which things, or...? ...She's just going to give up on this line of thought. What's important is that for a witch to be able to hold a title, they need at least two other witches to vouch for them.]
Then, I think that's all the questions about witches for the time being from here on, I'm not going to pursue any further if you refuse to answer, since the few questions I have left are probably a bit more personal in nature.
Your hands flickered for a bit there. I think whatever you're using to keep the form you're showing us is starting to break down. This might seem strange from someone who's openly an enemy, but are you sure you'll be able to last to the end of the game?
That's right. I'm a mere piece on the opposite side of the board that doesn't even like you. Think about what it means that even I'm concerned about you.
[With that... Yeah, she's going to unlock the door.]
...I'll be back in a week. You might find what I have to say then interesting, or maybe other people will have told you by then. Personally, I don't think we should keep it a secret anyways. No matter which way it goes, it's something you'll have to face and decide for yourself on the matter.
[Face the fear, build the future. Nothing comes from the pieces keeping that information from her... Probably not even Nirrti can get past things until she faces her demons.]

I see... Then, following that up, how exactly are the titles of a Witch determined? Is it something you claim yourselves, or...?

[That comes out in a furious yell as she slams her hands down on her desk, displaying for a moment the charred hands of a fire-burnt corpse.
It blips right back into normal flesh, but she's glaring at Gebura.]
I will be fine!! I am the Witch of Misfortune, Nirrti! Of couuuuuuurse I can handle myself until the end of this game, you mere piece!!

[She still trembles, not removing her stare.
To do so would be to expose weaknesses, and she refuses to let those show.]
